Description
Cherish The Cherries is a 6% Spontaneous Cherry Sour, brewed with organic Kelleris cherries from Limburg. This effervescent, fruity brew is our most recent Dansaert release. In July 2021 Brussels Beer Project bought 500kg of organic sour cherries from Karel Vaes to make this sour delight. After a carbonic maceration of the cherries only, they added wort on top for a spontaneous fermentation before 6 months of barrel-ageing in oak.
