Pours reddish with white head and some yeasty sediment. Taste is sour to heavy sour with cherries, raspberries, vinegar, funky things. Finish is tart and somewhat tannic and woody, average carbonation. Great flavor with raspberry and cherry, sour flavor, some cinnamon flavor. Excellent palate. A world class beer.
