Description
This pack contains the following bottles: 2 bottles Cantillon Gueuze 75cl and 1 bottle Cantillon Le Plaisir 75cl.
Le Plaisir is a grape lambic resulting from a collaboration between Cantillon and the Italian winemaker Cascina Degli Ulivi. For this blend, nine different grape pomaces and two-year-old lambic were used. Before being blended with the lambic, the grapes underwent a nine-month skin maceration.
