Publitasting, Vichte
This gueuze blendery was founded by Geert Demuynck. When he still worked for the Belgian national broadcaster BRT, he sometimes went with colleagues to café ‘De Koekoek’ in Asse, where they served lambic. It sparked his interest in lambic, Oude Geuze, Oude Kriek and other lambic beers. Geert did a lot of research, visited numerous lambic breweries and participated in all kinds of events in the Pajottenland and the Senne Valley. Geert established Publitasting in 2021. He was also active at a number of breweries (Timmermans, Devillé and Angerik) and he also started working with Eylenbosch brewery. With the brand Publitasting he develops new products and makes special limited editions.
