Description
Two-year-old lambic on which Pinot Noir and Müller-Thurgaud grapes from a vineyard in the Flemish Brabant village of Testelt were macerated. At the end some bay leaves were added to complete the taste of this delicious beer. Made with pilsner malt, wheat, Pinot Noir grapes, Müller-Thurgau grapes, laurel and over-year hops. Alc. 4% vol.
