Description
The Oud Beersel Oude Geuze Barrel Selection Demi-Muids beautifully illustrates the character of the demi-muids in which the beer has matured. Built with thicker staves and originally used to age Chateauneuf du Pape wine, demi-muids casks allow less oxygen to pass through than smaller barrels. This makes this beer taste rounder and fruitier.
