Description
The special Cuvée blends are part of Pierre Tilquin’s family tree project: a different blend for each member of the Tilquin family. The Oude Gueuze Tilquin Cuvée Arthur was made in honor of Arthur Tilquin (1865 – 1932), great-grandfather of Pierre. It is a mixture of 20% 1-year lambic, 30% 2-year lambic and 50% 3-year lambic. The lambics have matured in oak barrels. Unfiltered, unpasteurized and refermented in the bottle.
