FAQ

After placing my order, I got the following message: "We're sorry. An error occurred while processing your order that prevents us from completing it at this time". What should I do ?

It is possible that we received the approval signal from the payment provider a split second late. Check your mailbox. When you have received an overview of your order with an order and invoice number, everything is OK. We will process your order as soon as possible.
