A unique tribute to René Lindemans, fifth-generation member of the Lindemans family, created in celebration of his 85th birthday.
‘Dark’ refers to the warm, deep hue of this exceptional lambic. Its rich colour comes from the innovative use of roasted wheat – a rarity in traditional lambic brewing. After two years of maturation in a classic oak foeder, this lambic was refined for an additional year in 20-year-old cognac barrels, resulting in remarkable finesse. The result is an exquisitly layered, powerful, and elegant lambic, showcasing its signature tartness beautifully interwoven with soft woody notes and a subtle hint of cognac. A sensory experience that enchants both the nose and the palate.
