This Christmas beer, with 9.5% ABV, is a blend of 4-year-old cask-aged lambic brewed with dark malts and lambic matured in whisky barrels. It is a powerful, rounded lambic beer with notes of roasted malt and a hint of whisky. The finish is truly impressive.
