Description
Gueuze du Tilleul à l’Ancienne – Bio (7%) is made entirely from one-, two- and three-year-old lambics brewed by Pierre Tilquin himself. The blend consists of 50% one-year-old lambic, 25% two-year-old lambic and 25% three-year-old lambic. Unfiltered and refermented in the bottle, with one year of bottle ageing.
