Blend of 1 en 2 year old lambics, with maceration of a Belgian redcurrant and two varieties of yellow peach from northern Italy.
Roodneus is the name of the red currant variety, excelling in aroma and acidity. The intens peach wich was aging turned out to be the finishing touch to push the aromatic qualities of the blend. This fruity blend marriesberries and stonefruit. The aroma is ever changing in the glass, balancing between the peach and the berries.
