Goyck is a characterful beer born from a blend of the top-fermented Toots beer and one-year-old lambic from Lindemans. Bottle refermentation adds a fine sparkle and a hoppy, fruity character. Expect a complex flavour profile with a dry yet pleasantly hoppy finish. This beer brings together the best of both brewing traditions: the strength of top fermentation and the elegance of spontaneous fermentation.
