Lambic, macerated with Muscaris grapes that were harvested at the Hoenshof wine estate in Limburg, Belgium. Muscaris is a precocious grape variety of the Muscat type. The first batch of Muscar-Elle was produced in 2020 and had 6.8% ABV. In the second batch, more fruit was added, thus adding to the aroma and also increasing the ABV (8.8%).
