Description
In the Tilquin Oude Geuze Cognac Barrel Aged, Pierre Tilquin used 40% two-year-old lambic that was refermented and matured for 2 years in freshly emptied cognac barrels. 30% one-year-old lambic and 30% three-year-old lambic were added for some extra freshness and complexity.
