Traditional lambic with refermentation in the bottle. This blend of one-year-old and three-year-old lambic is a tribute to Maurice Heyvaert, the mentor and source of inspiration of Ronald, the founder of the De Dochter van de Korenaar brewery in the Belgian enclave of Baarle-Hertog. It is a dry, softly sour lambic beer with Fino sherry characteristics.
