Description
Cuvée Angélique was created on January 21, 2025, as a tribute to Angélique Tilquin-André (1812–1873), Pierre Tilquin’s great-great-great-grandmother. This special blend combines 70% two-year-old lambic with 30% three-year-old lambic. These special Cuvée blends are part of Pierre Tilquin’s family tree project, in which a unique blend is created for each member of the Tilquin family.
