Description
Oude Gueuze Tilquin Cuvée du Crolet was blended on 2 February 2025 in tribute to Charles Tilquin (1839–1895), Pierre’s great-great-grandfather, who was nicknamed Le Crolet because of his curly hair. This gueuze is composed of 10% one-year-old lambic, 30% two-year-old lambic and 60% three-year-old lambic. Unfiltered and unpasteurised, it underwent refermentation in the bottle and has matured there for more than one year.
