Description
Sam De Cuyper of Angerik Brewery in Dilbeek first made a raspberry cider. He added some local honey. After the cider had matured for one year in a bordeaux barrel, it was blended with home-brewed 9 month old lambic. Only 1000 numbered 75cl bottles of this exclusive limited edition, finished with red wax, were bottled.
