Oude Gueuze Tilquin Cuvée Jean-Jean was blended on January 28, 2025, in honour of Jean-François Tilquin, known as Jean-Jean (1808–1889), Pierre Tilquin’s great-great-great-grandfather. This special blend combines 30% two-year-old lambic with 70% three-year-old lambic. These special Cuvée blends are part of Pierre Tilquin’s family tree project, in which a unique blend is created for each member of the Tilquin family.
